More Thanksgiving
We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving with our Maddux family. It was sad to be without our beloved Nanny, but we were so blessed to be all together.
There was lots of cooking to be done, so Pammy brought distractions for the kiddos.
Who needs dinner, when you have yummy little baby Layla. Too cute!
Gramps helped with the distractions with a little pre-dinner football with the boys
Gramps is going to have to get this boy a helmet soon!
Daddy was "busy" helping feed Layla.
The boys were happy to help make the Banana pudding
In the evening, we spent about an our doing this. Running back and forth from the bathroom and yelling "suprise". We thought it was HILARIOUS!

Big Boy Week
This was a big week for our big boy. Knox moved into his new bunk bed, built especially for him by "uncle" Richard. Also, after his first cleaning from our favorite dentist. We were told we needed to cut out the beloved pacifier. He only used it for sleeping, but he LOVED it, so we were a bit nervous. Both the move to the big boy bed and losing the paci went well. Now if we can just work on the potty, he will be an official big boy. We are so proud of you, Knox-man.
What a good looking bed...
Mom, leave me alone, I just woke up...
Such a sweetie.
We moved his changing pad, so now we have room for the KNOXMAN train that Honey and Pop Pop got him in Italy. He loves it!

Neighboorhood Halloween Party
There are 3 sweet churches in our neighboorhood. On Sunday, they all got together to put on a fun Halloween party for everyone. Libby decided that she wanted to be the tooth fairy this year, and Knox wanted to be Diego (from the cartoon Go Diego Go!).
The first church is also Libby's school. Libby won a prize at the pumpkin toss.
At the next church, we got to get inside a firetruck...
And eat and decorate cookies, yum!
There was a hay-ride between each church.
The final church had a moon bounce, more food, and Libby won these fake teeth, very scary!

A Fairytale
This weekend Mary Paige and Kate invited me to the fairytale birthday party. I got to wear my Ariel princess dress.
Me with Princess Kate, one of the birthday girls.
Their precious princess cakes were made by mommy's friend Ashleigh
Playing with the other princesses in the tower.
What a GREAT party! Happy b-day MP and Kate!

The Big Beach Post
Last week we took a trip to Destin. (warning: lots of pictures)
Our first night, we got to have a outing in San Destin with the Scotts and the Geers.
Digging in the sand and making sand "pies" was our favorite activity
Daddy took us swimming. The water was absolutely, calm, beautiful and oil-free, but Mommy is still a wimp about getting in the ocean.
She prefers a beach chair.
One day we went over to spend a morning at the Hill's beach spot. Caroline and I had blast playing in the sand with our barbies.
Daddy and Knox practiced throwing and catching
We also had lots of fun in the pool. Honey's friend Tammy gave us these greats boats to play with. She names them The Libbylu and The Knox Man.
One of the best parts of the trip was having Honey with us. She was our nanny for the week, and we had a BLAST with her.
Since Honey was there, Mommy and Daddy got to have some date nights.
Our last night, we all headed to our favorite restaurant, The Red Bar.
And after we met our friends the Browns and the Mancinis in seaside for ice cream and lolly pops.
Our final stop for the trip was lunch at The Back Porch. What a great trip!
