I love to play outside in the yard.

I need to learn how to throw this.
Mom, what is with my hair this morning?

Having Fun with my Playgroup Friends!

This morning some of my friends from church came over to play.

This weekend I spent my first whole weekend away from Mommy and Daddy. They went to a wedding and I stayed here with Honey and Pops. We had so much fun, and I was such a good girl! I was so happy to see Mommy when she got back, but I was also sad to say bye to Honey and Pops, they are so fun! I think Mommy and Daddy should take more trips so I can get spoiled some more!

I can't quite figure out this crawling thing yet, and I am getting a little frustrated.

Sweet Daddy!
Daddy brought me my first roses yesterday for Valentines day. He brought 6 for me and 6 for Mommy. They were beautiful. I love my Daddy so much, he is such a good valentine.

Lunch with my Cousins

Yesterday we went to lunch with my cousins Merrill, Virginia, and Anne Wilkes, (and one cousin on the way). They are so fun to watch! Virginia kept stealing my toys with her cheesy hands and Anne Wilkes would hand them back to me. She is a good helper. I love my cousins.

Today I am 8 months old! These days I love to sit and play with toys. I am getting closer to crawling, but I haven't started that yet. Mommy doesn't know what she is in for once I start. I can scoot on my bottom a short distance, and I love to "crawl" on my back. My favorite foods are apples and cherries and sweet potatoes. I also like peas believe it or not. I won't put much in my mouth. Mommy doesn't know how she is going to get me to eat finger foods. I love to be tickled and I love to laugh.

Yesterday I got my first Valentine from my Uncle Rick, Aunt Gale, and cousin Rachel. I played with it all night. Today I finally put a piece of food in my mouth! Mommy was so excited!

My Church Dedication

Today at church Mommy and Daddy dedicated me. I was up in front of the church for a long time and I didn't cry at all. I love the spotlight. After church, Pammy, Gramps, Honey, Pops, and Nana all came over for a special lunch. It was wonderful.

Pammy and Gramps gave me 2 Bibles, one with my name on it and one with fun pictures. I love them both.

I love to read magazines

Mom helps keep me updated with all the latest in celebrity, beauty, and fitness news with her magazines, and Daddy keeps my updated with all the latest world and business news. I am very well read.

I always like to touch Langston on the head.

All my favorite friends (Langston, Mary Paige, Caroline and Griffin) came over for a Superbowl Party. We had so much fun playing together. I was a really good girl the whole time.

Colts Win!

I am a big Colts fan, and I was so excited when they won the Superbowl! I cheered them on to victory in my jersey!

Out to Dinner!

Mommy and Daddy took me out to dinner tonight. It was really fun. I got to sit in a high chair and watch sportscenter on TV. All the people at the other tables thought I was really cute, even though I kept throwing my favorite red cup on the ground.

Ready to Snow?

Meteorologist Dave Brown, told me it was going to snow. So, I put on a warm hat and scarf. Not too much snow yet, maybe tonight?
