A Rainy Picnic!

Today we all went out to For the Kingdom camp for a ribbon cutting ceremony. It was pretty rainy, but I still had fun.

A shower for my uncle Ben!


This weekend mommy and I went to Cookeville for a wedding shower for my Uncle Ben and his fiance Corrie. We had so much fun.

Bright Eyed!
I am a morning person. I get so excited when I hear mommy coming up the stairs to get me out of bed! I love my new summertime jammies. Those footed sleepers were getting too hot!

Now that I can pull up, I am always trying to get out of the tub.

Lunching!

Today I went to lunch with Mommy and her friend Murff. We went to one of Mommy's fave spots, Blue Coast Burrito. It is so close that we strolled over there. I loved sitting outside and chatting with the girls. I especially loved picking up lettuce leaves and throwing them on the ground.

I love playing with my leap frog table. It is really fun now that I can pull up to it on my own!

Hello Cuz!

My cousins Virginia and Anne Wilkes stopped by to play with me yesterday. They are really fun. I can't wait to be able to do all the stuff that they can do!

I am 9 months old today!
Mommy can hardly get me to sit still for one second these days. I am constantly on the move. I want to crawl so bad, but I just can't figure it out. I can pull up on things, if I can reach them. I still don't have any teeth, but Mommy thinks that I am working on them because I have been quite fussy the last few weeks. I am getting better about going to other people, but I like Mommy and Daddy the best. I can put on quite the dramatic show when they leave me. I am so glad that it is getting warmer because I love to be outside.

What did you bring me?

Daddy took Mommy on a surprise getaway this weekend. I was really glad to see them when they got back, but I was more excited to see the new outfit and bloomers that they brought me from Greenwood.

Mommy kept laughing at me the other night when I got my shirt stuck on my head. She thinks I am hilarious!

It was really warm today, so I got to play outside.

Mom put a bow in my hair, so I wouldn't look like a boy in my blue overalls, but it fell out.
