NYE 2012/2013

After hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas, we thought we might as well host New Year's as well since the kids were out of town...

We had a fun party with a few fans.  The highlight of the evening was jammin' to Rock Band on the Wii.

After Christmas

 On the 26th we had our first and only snow of the season.

 We got to sled on the hills behind our house.

Honey and Pop Pop took the kiddos on a trip to Nashville for New Years. They had a blast!

Christmas 2012

 Before Christmas Pammy and Gramps came to celebrate.  Libby and Knox got to open their gifts from Uncle Ricky and Aunt Gale.

Thanksgiving!

 Blake and I were so excited to host Thanksgiving this year.  The whole Maddux clan (even Pa) trekked to Memphis for the long weekend.

In early November, we went to see the Velveteen Rabbit at the Orpheum with the Fores and the Browns.

Halloween 2012

Knox was a karate guy.  His class went trick-or-treating around his school.

Knox and I got to join Libby's class for her Halloween party.

Our first Halloween on the cove was a blast!  Libby was Merida from the movie Brave.  All the kids from the cove (plus a few special friends) went trick or treating together. 

We finished up with a super fun party at Jim and Kristy's house.
