New Orleans Weekend

A few weeks ago Blake and I traveled with a group of friends so that I could run the New Orleans half marathon. We had tons of fun!

It has been unbelievable summer like here this week. The kids have already been playing with the water table, the hose, and their squirt bottles.

 For Maddux Christmas this year we rented a great little Cabin in the woods.  We had a blast being all together and away from it all.

Thanksgiving 2011

You know you are behind on your blog when you are posting about thanksgiving on New Years Day...
This year we celebrated Thanksgiving at the Wade's.  The food and fellowship were both wonderful!

Neighboorhood Leaf Walk

Before it got too cold, we went for a walk on our street to pick up some of the beautfiul leaves that had fallen.  The kids had a blast and Libby made a neat notebook of all her leaves when she finished.
